Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most addresses across NSW, VIC, SA, ACT and QLD. We use couriers for most deliveries, with Australia Post handling some country areas. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 + GST for all orders to NSW, VIC, ACT, SA and QLD.

How long does delivery take?

Metro areas like Sydney and Melbourne: most orders arrive within 24–48 hours. Please allow up to 3 business days for metro, 5 days for other metro areas, and 7 days for regional areas. If your order is urgent, please note this in the additional instructions at checkout.

Can you leave my order if I'm not home?

Yes — just include instructions in the "Additional Information" field at checkout specifying where to leave it. If no instructions are provided and no one is home, the driver will leave a card and you may be charged a redelivery and restocking fee if the goods are returned to us.

Do you deliver to Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide?

Yes! We deliver bulk toilet paper, cleaning products and paper towels to Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD) and Adelaide (SA) as well as Sydney and Canberra.

What's the difference between 1-ply, 2-ply and 3-ply toilet paper?

1-ply is a single layer — economical and commonly used in high-traffic commercial bathrooms. 2-ply has two layers and is the most popular choice for homes and offices, offering a good balance of comfort and value. 3-ply has three layers and provides the most softness and comfort — ideal for premium applications.

Why do I keep running out of toilet paper faster than I used to?

Most toilet paper brands have been quietly reducing the number of sheets per roll over the years. At Toilet Paper Man, we've gone the other way — our rolls are longer, so you get more sheets and fewer cardboard cores on the floor.

Do you sell bulk toilet paper for businesses?

Yes — we supply bulk and wholesale toilet paper to offices, factories, restaurants, councils, warehouses, cleaners and commercial facilities of all sizes. Contact us for large volume pricing.

Do you supply cleaning products as well?

Yes! We stock a comprehensive range of bulk cleaning products including kitchen cleaners, bathroom disinfectants, laundry powder and liquids, floor care, carpet care, window cleaners, hand wash and more. We are a true one-stop shop.

What happened to the Chilli Toilet Paper and Gold Toilet Paper?

Our famous Chilli Toilet Paper is currently sold out. Our 22-carat gold toilet paper — which took over 4 years to develop — is no longer available. Keep an eye on our store for future limited edition products!

Orders & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express online with no extra charges. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast and secure checkout. Commercial clients can also pay by cheque or EFT — contact us for details.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will substitute it with a comparable or better product at no extra cost to you, as an apology for the inconvenience. We will always give you a good deal in these situations.

Can I return a product?

Yes — you can return most new, unopened items within 4 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is due to our error. If the return is due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of $25.00 per item applies, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. See our Shipping and Returns policy for full details.
