Flat rates. At the moment we offer Discounted shipping for $2.95 over $350  otherwise All orders are shipped for:  $15.00 - NSW, VIC, ACTSA,QLD

How quickly can I get my delivery?

Metro areas such as Sydney, Melbourne: Our clients find 90% of orders are received within 24-48 hours. However we ask if you can please allow 3 days for delivery, and other metro areas 5 days and outside that will be 7 days. Saying that our team works very hard to send your order out straight away, however, we are reliant on courier drivers and outside forces. If it is urgent please specify in additional instructions.

Where do we ship to?

We can ship to almost any address in NSW, VIC, SA, ACT and QLD as long it is a physical address and not to a post office box. We use couriers for this service, however Australia Post does carry out some of our Country deliveries and some areas are a depot pick up service only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped due to weight or flammability. Please also note we do not have control of the delivery drivers, as they are independent and should they run late, it is beyond our control. However, they try their utmost to deliver on time as it is in their interest. 

Regarding products "Not In Stock".

It sometime happens that a product has not been labelled as out of stock. Due to our work load it is, in most cases, not possible to get in touch with you. We then, at our own discretion, substitute the product. But do not worry. In such cases, especially toilet paper and paper towel, we will give you a much better deal (the extra charges are on us) than what you would have. We do this as by way of apology. We thank you for your understanding regarding this matter. 

Important if leaving shipments at homes or business.

Please make sure that if you would like us to leave your shipment at your home address when you are not there that in the "Additional Information" you let us know it is ok and where you would like us to leave it. If you do not leave instructions to the driver a note with contact details will be left. Should you not respond to this, the driver will return the goods to our office, and you will be charged a delivery and restocking fee.

Leaving the items unattended is entirely your responsibility. Toilet Paper Man cannot and will not take any responsibility.

Once the courier leaves the delivery location, with signed or unsigned con notes , the responsibility of Toilet Paper Man ceases. Therefore again we urge our customers to inspect their products when delivered and the amount of items they sign for.

Please note !

We retain the right not to ship goods under certain circumstances*. If this should occur you will receive a full refund.
1 – Shipping exceeds our average shipping costs or the cost of goods or both.
2 – The company we use to ship with does not ship to that area.


Sometimes we might incorrectly label a product or give you a Free upgrade.

Commercial clients only For those of you who did not know, we accept cheques, credit cards and EFTs . Credit cards through our website. The other types of payments by email or phone call. Please use your business letter head if possible and not gmail accounts. 

Phone Orders
 These prices are internet prices and may differ from phone orders, as each has a different manager.


You may return most new, unopened items within 4 days of delivery for a full refund**. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item or items, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Alternatively email us or ring us.

**If, due to a mistake made by you, you are returning any part/all of your order a restocking fee of $25.00/item will be levied this excludes shipping, which will vary from between $20-$100 per item depending on location. As it was not our mistake, you will be responsible for the shipping costs which are billed to us by the courier.
